ProSkills is a series of workshops developed to enhance an individual’s ability to understand their clients, facilitate effective workshops, increase understanding of project management principles and how to develop proposals that increase revenues or partnerships.
JANUARY 2020 - Personality Dimensions Train the Trainer (3 days)
Through this three day course you will experience and learn how to deliver Personality Dimensions workshops for diverse groups and topics. You will learn about the historical and practical developments in temperament, as well as the importance of each component of a Personality Dimensions® workshop and the ethical considerations for using the model appropriately. Experiencing both classroom and hands-on, interactive learning you will: participate in activities typically used in a workshop; learn practical skills and knowledge of adult learning for facilitators; create and customize your own Personality Dimensions® introductory workshop; and learn about the various Personality Dimensions products available, and their appropriate uses.
MARCH 2020 - Delivering Workshops 101 (2 days)
Delivering Workshops 101 prepares facilitators to host effective workshops; understand teaching and learning styles, understand the importance of pre-workshop planning. Participants can expect practice on implementing a training sessions, evaluation and feedback to enhance facilitation techniques and additional training resources on workshops for diverse groups and topics.
AUGUST 2020 - Project Management Essentials (1 day)
Everything you do can be treated as a “project”. Projects can be short term, long term, multi phased or even multi-million dollar in scale! Regardless of size, mission or worth, understanding the principles of project management is one way to help stay on track as you navigate towards success.
JUNE 2020 - Proposal Writing (2 days)
Learn the core skills in proposal writing! This hands on workshop gives you comprehensive and concentrated introduction into the field. Setting you on the right track to achieving a successful proposal and to stay clear of the most common fails.
